I'm kinda worried. I'm supposed to leave tomorrow for my CDL training with Central Refrigerated. My recruiter asked me a bunch of questions yesterday about criminal/driving history, all of them were "no" answers. I faxed him my driving record, and he said everything looks fine. One thing I forgot to mention, was that I need to pay the court $350 for a failure to appear in court, which happened last year. I have until Sept to pay it off. I've been trying to contact him but he hasn't answered me. Will this be a problem? I don't wanna get there and get sent home because of it. I am assuming this will appear on my background check. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Forgot to mention something to my recruiter!!

379exhd Thanks this. -
either look for a way to pay it online or cancell your ride.
they check EVERYTHING. and WILL more then likely send you home. -

Step ONE, CLEAR THIS ISSUE UP ASAP, like yesterday. Step TWO- call company and explain what has happened, and inform them fine has been paid and settled. Step THREE, apologize for your "oversight" Step FOUR, ask if you will still be on schedule for their orientation. Skip Step One thru 3 and you should forget about Step FOUR.

pay it and don't worry about it.it's basically none of their business once paid. everything else checked out and they did the checking-

honesty is the best policy whatever the situation is.....

If you have until September to pay it I wouldn't worry. Get on the bus. Was the failure to appear for a traffic fine? Is your drivers license active or suspended? If its suspended don't get on the bus.
truckon Thanks this.
