Why would they wanna keep it if you're not going to attend their school? But the right thing to do is tell them rather then them ecspecting you on that date.

Waiting on my call from central Monday morning I hate to miss this opportunity. But I hate to go and central calls Monday morning.
-
From what I have read about Central, youre probably making a better choice of the two.

WHAT!?!?!
Wait....Oh my god!!!
Are you seriously telling me that someone is asking you to actually pay for some of the costs involved in training you and getting you a job?
Simply unbelievable........how dare them, the nerve of those jerks.
I thought everything in America is supposed to be free nowadays.road_runner and Chase05 Thank this. -
While you are trying to be a smart ### you could've kept that comment to your self. If I thought everything was free why am I willing to drive a yr and pay the company back. Read the whole thread 1st smart ###

Because that's how this industry works. You can go flip burgers, or you can pay for an education just like other people in their respective industries. Your education is an investment in yourself. When this company says they will cover the cost of your education, they are doing that. They never said there wouldn't be compensation expected afterward. You can think of it as a loan if you like, but the company is still absorbing a significant amount of the cost of your training if you're only paying back 40 dollars a month over a year, which believe me, is a VERY low payback rate.
Not trying to give you a hard time, just trying to let you understand that this is actually pretty standard and fair. I also don't feel bad for you at all, because my option for CDL school is an 18 week 10,000 dollar course. Now, that's a student loan, and I got a grant for about a third of it, but I'm still leaving school with over 6500 dollars worth of student loans, that I'll be paying myself, or relying on finding a company with tuition reimbursement. Again, no offense, but you don't have much to complain about in this deal, other than the quality of your hiring carrier which I know nothing about.road_runner Thanks this. -
I know nothing in life is free. Trust me I know about investment s but it's 96 back to the company on my tuition a week. And roadmasters wants 40 a week back for the room.
-
That rings a bell. You didn't really explain that well in this post, and you didn't mention the 96 weekly here I'm pretty sure (I recall that from another thread you created). I remember commenting in that thread, that though 96 dollars a week is somewhat steep, it still has you paid off in a year, which is better than a lot of these deals. The 40 dollar boarding fee is monthly, and is honestly just a drop in the bucket, lol.

But look how many months it takes to pay bk 800. Paying 40 a month but imma see what central says. But I do like JBS
