    ####....why do I have to notice stuff like this for sale...? I would love to have somethin like this! I bought a 5 acre lot in Pecos TX a few years ago on ebay for $800 and then when I went down there I realize its landlocked by some pipeline outfit. I just sold a couple descent Ford 1 ton diesels also...####....

    Is it fenced? How far away are utilities? Is there a place in town to fill a water tank? What are the annual taxes?

    land is not landlocked; electric is about 1 1/2 miles away; water for well is about 600 feet down.
