At least I backed up my post with facts. Why don't you back up your EOBRs with facts showing they are involved in less crashes. How about show a factual study of drivers that show they are more rested with EOBRs over paper. What can you show to give yourself credit?

When are you EOBR guys gonna stop requesting for all paper guys to join the shipwreck? When are you EOBR guys going to quit talking out your rears stating paper guys run illegal? Where's your proof of facts? Just wondering is all.

Sir, we did tests. We concluded something, can't remember what it was. Too much catnip last night I suppose. But yes, EOBR's are saving lives. Approx. 3,456.65 lives were saved. The other .35 of that one guy didn't make it though, Fred died from farting too much in his sleeper, the eobr said he was ok though, said he had hours to drive, though he kept farting.

    That's funny.......

I was in the office of a maintenance manager at a large food service carrier. When this guy in a suit and a hi- vis vest over it walks in . ( I knew this was going to be good)

He starts right in airing his companies dirty laundry in front of me. The suit wants to know about a certain truck # and a driver who is playing games with his eobr. The maintenance manager says every time he checks the eobr he can't find anything wrong with it. And adds I don't know how he's doing it.

The suit gets all huffy and says the driver is on the short list and I'll get him.

At this point I've had enough and chime in I'll never have one of those pos in my truck, paper works for me. The suit looks shocked mumbles something about drivers being a pain in the butt and storms off.

If this is the future no Tks .....

if it was inevitable that they were going to execute all drivers next week, some of us would race to the front of the line

ROTFLMAO. Just because they either are forced to or prefer them doesn't mean everybody should eat ####. You would think it would leave a bad taste in their mouths. :biggrin_2559:

Very TRUE...But the mind set of a ''sheeple'' or a Government Kool Aid Drinker is,everyone should do as they do.Even if they themselves are drowning from the SHIPWRECK.It is a bizarre belief system they have...:biggrin_25521:

Some of you guys remind me of the guys where I work. Talking real tough like, threatening to quit if EOBR's are going to be put in their trucks. The owner essentially said cool, quit then. They're all driving around with EOBR's in their trucks now! LOL! and a lot of them are calling me to help them out ;-) Which I glady and humbly do...

A lot of you O/O will be doing the same thing here in another year or so when the FMCSA finishes finalizes the written rules for the EOBR mandate issued by congress and signed into law by what's his name last year. Why will you go along with it? Because most of you are to old to dig ditches or, to proud to flip burgers ;-)

But hey, keep holding out hope and don't stop believing OOIDA is gonna save you. In the meantime, I will keep using my EOBR because it's convenient and expedites my time.
