Would like to think they would learn from the comments, but far too often feel that is the way they want to run their organization. Truly a pity when it doesn't take any more effort to treat your people properly and with respect, and that will be returned by most. Some drivers are the architect of their own misfortune, but most just expect a good days pay for a good days work, and to have equipment that isn't going to see them violated and placed out of service.
Attention all company drivers!!!

I think the best two, no the best THREE trucking companies I worked for were Consolidated in Atlanta Georgia back in the 1970s, Thurston in the 1980s (*nonunion company, but still had fun) and Carolina, I think it was in the 1990s right before it was bought out by ABF.

The companies are there to make money and the industry has been this way for years. The companies won't change unless they have to.

If any company can't handle the bad reports than they need to grow some I know some drivers report false stuff I also know some company's lie or people who work for them lie I would never go to work for USA because what some posted here or any company as professional driver I make my own decision.

It's too bad the politics exist across the board. But, There are experienced and newbie drivers who want to drive for a company that will treat them fairly, etc.
I've been disappointed too many times. I guess I won't apply at USA Truck, then...
