    Maybe you don't. I get 100%.

A couple of us looked at the difference when they came out with the new contracts. It's ONLY the difference between what the customer pays (if it's more) and the weekly fuel surcharge rate- that difference is split the way linehaul revenue is, 28/72 if you're a lease driver. We went back over the weekly numbers for the previous quarter, and it came out to a 0.1 cpm decrease to my truck. Given the number of dispatched miles I run as a solo, that works out to about $100 per year. BFD.

Besides, I'm maintaining my old contract... 100%.

My family and I were discussing this last night and we think it would be wiser to attend the Prime school. I already have my DOT card and permit. It would get me on the road and making money much sooner. I am waiting for a callback from my recruiter to schedule orientation within the next two weeks.

I am currently attending a 540 hr course that is costing me over 10k, not to mention an hour drive to and from the school daily. If I just jumped on with Prime in the internship program, I will have my CDL two months earlier and be about done with the TnT portion and making money before I am scheduled to graduate my current school. Seems to be a no brainer......

I started filling out apps my first week of school. The four pre-hires I received all stated to contact them a few weeks before graduation to schedule orientation. I wanted to apply to as many good companies as possible that way by the time I graduate, I would have plenty of options and would be able to make the best decision possible for me and my family.

If you leave before your training is finished, you usually can't re-enter the training program for one year after leaving.

The alternative is to drive for someone else for six months, then come in as an experienced driver.

FYI, a good PSD instructor will have you driving most of the miles the truck moves. They will generally drive a few hours in the morning, then let you drive the rest of their 14. You don't learn how to drive sitting in the passenger seat.

Call recruiting, and explain the situation. It's quite possible they'll bring you back in once they know what happened.

Alright heres the back story. My first psd driver was horrible we left at 4 am he had me start off driving get on the free way we hit ok and he said he was going to the back to get something. he did not emerge for at least 30 mins we pay the tolls and he takes a 3 hour nap tells me "just yell my name if you need me". we make it through the hills of ok fine a few minor errors due to me being new to a stick. We stop in tx at around 2ish and fall asleep untill 12am and same thing me in driver seat whole way. this stuff kept on happening for a whole week and he wasn't teaching me pre trip backing parking logs really nothing . So I called the fm and got a new psd he was pretty cool and taught me alot but he kept me out on the road he told me that he needed the money before we head in so he could make some bills thats when I quit. I was on my way back to springfield from tn to test out and my psd was telling me how much he missed home and he needed money I heard him talking to my fm about it my psd driver informs me we have another load heading to ny when I was going to test in 2 days I lost it 2 months of not getting paid the 200 was just for food and showers oh yea my psds didnt use there points i had to pay for showers. I have video proof on my phone of this whole thing I just want to go back I know i messed up when I left
