    Most OD loads that have pilots aren't on 19 because we can't communicate with each other. If you need to come around me bring it on my pilot has already told me your coming so I can move over and make room.

    States all have different requirements for when you need a pilot car. Missouri maybe up there with the worst, Kansas is not as restrictive. Guess the pilot car lobby has more pull in Missouri to get the laws more restrictive.
