My truck has been parked since wensday afternoon, I went over today to check the qualcomm, and noticed that my air has leaked down to about 20 psi, it was at 125 when I parked it, I assume it is normal to lose some air when the truck is parked, but that seems like a large amount for being parked for 4 days, do I need to do a further search to find a possible air leak, or is this normal when the truck sits

Air leaks out. Four days to leak down to 20 psi is not in my book a big issue. That is about 1 psi an hour, and significantly less than the limits for the applied air brake test.

The real question is how much does it leak down over an hour?

After 4 days sitting like that I wouldn't be concerned. You will never make everything air tight. There will always be a very small leak somewheres. But I would just keep a eye and ear out for any leaks that could become worse over time. You might have a very tiny leak now that could turn into a big one over X amount of miles from vibrations and such. Just be attentive to your rig and you will be fine

My general rule of thumb has always been if I can hear it, so can the DOT man. That kind of air loss over that long of a time isn't an issue, but if you can hear where the leak is why not get it fixed? If you can't hear a leak, no worries then. Just keep an eye on it and if it looks like it is getting worse start doing more thorough walkarounds.

Normally my levers pop in 1.5 days so I wouldn't worry at all.
