I don't go home very often but when I do I take several days. I was home 4 days in Apr for jury duty and then in May I took 4 days over Memorial Day. I prefer it that way for now. I like multiple days so I can enjoy it. That's one of the things I really like about this company, they have so many different home time options and they are willing to work with you when your odd like me.

im getting a reset in New Hampshire, I have never seen the miles upon miles of traffic that I endure today. You Northeast people are crazy!

I was in northeast this week so I could go home. It is crazy especially for parking. I tend to venture all over. Couldn't do it strictly everyday. Not sure what's going on but that 495 and 93 in MA is crazy with traffic. 95 too. Weekends in Maine was absurd. Don't know why for miles traffic backup going northbound.

No set schedule for home time. Go when I want to, usually within 2-3 weeks. By winter is like to go home weekly but I think id have stay northeast...not sure how long i'd make it NE only! I'll worry about that when the time comes.

I like to stay out for a month or so and then take a chunk off at home. This past time home for the 4th, I was out 2 months and took 6 days off. I do love the flexibility Wolding offers.

All that traffic going to Maine is like that every summer. That's why they call it Vacationland. My feeling is, if you don't wanna visit in the winter, you don't deserve to come here when it's summer. Also it's been hotter than heck out there and all the touristy beaches are down at the bottom so that probably didn't help.

Got a load headed to California that I was told delivered on Thursday morning, which I could have made running on recap but I looked at the pre plan and it delivers on the 24th, a Wednesday. Now I have to haul ### to Arizona to relay it. Then I'll need a reset, but by the time my reset is up, I'll have over 40 hours of off duty time because of these asinine new rules. Especially the one with the two periods of 1-5 AM, just stupid to think that our industry is not busy during those times. I run nights because it's less stressful and much easier to find parking. Hard work is apparently frowned upon these days, and it's a shame. A bunch of Idiots. I'll be glad when I know longer have to deal with that situation.

Yeah that's the bright side, I'll have big hours to book it back to Wisconsin after California. Would much rather have that full 70 though.

New England in the summer is a terrible place to be on the roads, more so than usual. And especially on the weekends. It'll get better after Labor Day, and then once the Holidays roll around it'll be terrible again.

Beto Junction, KS for the night. I'll swap out in Arizona sometime on Tuesday so this load gets delivered on time.

It's a flatbed. The curtain is the tarp.

I've seen hot tubs being loaded on to one, lumber is another big one.
