I always thought it was 25, but then again I never drove for a mega.

 

I'm not sure if that would be a treat.

 

I'm in a similar predicament as you are except:

I'm 23.
No DUIs or DWIs ever.
My DL has never been suspended.
No moving violation in past 3 years. (No violations in the last 3 years period).
No drug charges or felonies.

I have one misdemeanor stealing charge from when I was 18 for stealing a can of chew. And when I talked to the company I want to drive for the other day they wanted to know all the details about that. They could not verify If I was eligible without looking everything over first because of that charge.

Also since you have been acused of doing or possessing drugs by law enforcement at one time, I figured Id let you know that they do hair folical tests now that go back to the past 90 days. You fail it, you don't drive.

By the way the company Im interested in is Trailiner They hire darn near everyone. But they didn't sound so sure when they found out about my stealing charge.

They did call me yesterday and tell me that I'm eligible for their schooling program and everything and when I can get started. So I'm in. But its not easy to become a trucker with a criminal history.

 

Paschall Truck Lines might hire you when you're 22 yrs. old. You must complete a CDL school first though. I know 3 other companies also, but you must be from 23-25 yrs. old for those.
