How long took the hiring process ? And in what state are you?

 

Congrats hammer down.... How long did it take for them to contact you from the time you initially applied???? What MBM location did you get into??

 

I applied online and as soon as I was done with online application, I left a voicemail with the hiring manager. I received a call back the next day, did a phone interview and scheduled a face to face interview for the very next day! The interview was on a Thurs and my drug test, DOT physical and lifting capacity test was scheduled all in the same day on the following Tues. My orientation is aug 5th. Hired to Frankfort, Ky location.

 

#### I applied over 3weeks ago. No call or no nothing. 9years no accidents and with FedEx I'm surprised it takes this long. Maybe I should apply at all the locations near me. I'm actually disappointed in the process and think its pathetic they don't have anyone in California to contact about this

 

Nice man, I might just try doing the same thing , perhaps calling them and just letting then know that applied and if they can take a look at my app, and see what happens....
Prefontaine u should try calling them up, sometimes it's better to call the company first before they call u.... It's worth a shot in my opinion!!!!

 

I do. The Recruiter never answers or returns call. Its pathetic. And Mbm doesn't really have an hr around here. I Google all info to get other numbers...nothing. wtf

 

Maybe they don't like fed ex guys lol jk..... I just called and was transferred over to the transportation supervisor, he didn't answer, so I just left a voicemail.....

 

How do you get the warehouse # like you did?

 

I just googled MBM along with the city that applied to and it gives you the location and number to the facility and the operator directs your call from that point on.....

 

They have hiring events in my area at their terminal all the time might want call them or go by might help.
