After a crash, should police be able to look through your cell phone history?

Having nothing to hide doesn’t make me a follower, I shows I except my responsibility and understand I can be held accountable.

Citizen, your sleep records indicate your marital relations have interfered with the required sleep patterns... Park your vehicle.

This is true, Pete. Like the guys who complain about WalMart not wanting truckers parking there. If WalMart wasn't paying people to clean up after truckers, if truckers weren't dumping their trash, pee bottles, and leaving their dog poo behind, we would still be welcome. If truckers didn't cheat on logs, we wouldn't care about EOBR. A long list of stuff we've asked for, and got.

I would say no, the police cannot look at your personal phone without you letting them. However, if you were indeed texting or talking on your phone, during the time of the accident, they can find out... usually though the courts... but I think that you know this already.

So what your saying is when we all get a job at a company we need to get burner phones to only communicate with the office so when we use our personal phone LE cant see our sext's and pr0n history and if we get in a crash they have a number that you never use outside of calling the office and is clean *Check

Read a book instead. That's what they told me back in school.
