    I have over 50 new openings for CDL drivers in my region of West Texas. Top Pay and Benefits, Company match 401k, plenty of work and overtime. Drivers start in the $17-19 range. Need clean driving record and good background. 2011 and newer equipment. We will train good candidates in oil and gas operations. We are looking for good people. Housing provided for employees. Sterling City, Mertzon, Big Lake, Odessa, Pecos, Sweetwater, and Carlsbad areas.

    Go to the company website www.selectenergyservices.com .When the OP started this thread I went to their website to check out jobs in my area--you click on careers, then apply and it gives the job qualifications---the driving jobs in my area required 1 year exp. Although the OP covers west Texas, the company has jobs all over the place! I have no direct knowledge of this company but when I hauled water, the labor positions with similar operations paid very well and their work schedule had no DOT HOS restrictions----those hands made some good money! It never hurts to apply even if you don't meet the driving exp. qualifications.
