Sage in San Antonio

If you're determined to go there then it doesn't matter what they charge. Pay up, it's deductible. You could shop around, there's a good debate between truck company schools and independents, look at that. I know that most reimburse for school fees if you use a truck company school. They'll even reimburse if you go to a company approved independent. So the amount isn't the most important thing. Schools are there to provide a service, namely getting your CDL. Once you have it, that door is closed. It shouldn't be that much more expensive, right?

 

Not there but Sage in Lexington,SC was great!! You get a ton of drive time in various trucks. I did night school from 6pm-10pm for12 weeks..cost $4500. The instructors were cool for the most part too.

 

Sage for the most part has a good rep around the country. I contacted this school, but I have decided to go elsewhere. It is affiliated with a local SA junior college. I am sure it is a good school.
