I never said it was right not to be paid
What I said is most software programs for these big companies don't allow the human imput
to fix these things the easy way

I am sure executives at every corporation have the same issues from time to time
they just make enough money to not worry about it
and still you need to add child support back into his net pay because that is the truth

I had a crew member on the boat who lost his apartment
because he thought he didn't make enough money to pay rent and support his local bar
and thought that was my fault

I am still here, oliver2! We had a wonderful anniversary, it was the first time he had been home on our anniversary for 4 years. Our internet has been in and out the past couple of days because of thunder storms.....we have more off to the west right now and I keep getting warnings on my phone, so I may have to get offline rather abruptly. We live about 80 miles from Joplin, Missouri, the tornado that hit there is not something that anyone around here will ever forget. I had debris from the hospital in my field.

It has been pretty quiet on here for a couple of days and I have been thinking of a couple of things that may be of use to some of you to know. Has anyone ever tried an app called Life360? I have not used it because Husband just has a regular old cell phone but I have read about it and many wives and their drivers are using it. It is a free GPS app for smartphones. TransAm will not tell you anything if you haven't heard from your husband and you are getting worried ......even if he gives them permission to do so. I am sure many of you have read about another company's driver that had a heart attack while he was OTR. While in this instance I don't believe the Life360 app would have saved his life there are many other circumstances that having a personal GPS system might mean the difference between life and death. Something to consider .....

just because he has a smart phone doesn't mean he has to use all the gadgets. some still only use it as a phone lol
