FFE management is horrible and rude

I did do something "rude" to the company but never personally to David Bilbo himself.
I'm going to be honest because I'm over this mistake I've made.
TO put it simply I didn't have the "right stuff" to finish with this company due to depression and other factors I'd like to keep private. I left the company without notifying and that's my fault.
When I was called by the trainer and management I apologized for being selfish and ignorant and they were just worried about my well being. I went the following week to pick up my Medical card and Permit paper and to apologize again in person but after I got permission from management to go search for my property I was harassed by David Bilbo with his angry tone of voice and cursing which I was offended by due to me trying to apologize and him not giving a crap. He told me to get off "his" property, he lives on the academy grounds, and I'm not used to such rude/angry people, I'm from local mom & pop jobs where respect and dignity is given to all(not "earned"), so I overreacted and started this thread.
I regret starting it but at the same time it made me realize that you "real truckers" have some serious attitude problems and are a bit masochistic when it comes to management. If I hired you as an employee I would show you respect, for the sake of God and humanity, and not force you to "earn" something that should be given to all newbies and your fellow man.
It's no wonder the trucking field is so horrible right now with the "earn your respect" philosophy it's no wonder the companies treat you like crap and make you feel like a second rate human when you force this philosophy on all new drivers. I'm only venting but seriously guys why do you accept these managers to harass and bully you? It's already illegal in some countries, not sure which, for causing emotional harm and lower work performance. I agree though that I shouldn't give a #### about what they say about me since they don't know me but that doesn't make it any better.
To close: FFE isn't a bad company but David Bilbo needs to get off his white horse and see we have all done stupid crap and he isn't excluded, have some sympathy for once!
Everyone on this thread that is talking stuff about me why do you find it necessary to badger a 23 year old to make yourselves feel better? What are you bullies? Grow up.

 

I would like to close this thread as to prevent further discrimination against myself for not meeting current trucker standards. I did not create this thread for bashing purposes upon myself, or FFE, but merely to vent off the anger/frustration I felt towards David Bilbo for his overreaction to my presence on the school grounds and my discarded property, medical card and permit(I paid for it).
Anyone reading this thread, and any prior posts of mine, should disregard any negativity about FFE due to
my diminished state of mind and well-being at that moment.
I am no longer depressed and my other factors for causing distress to FFE and have come to realize my fault
for speaking against FFE.
I will not amend my comments about David though because he shouldn't act so self-righteous and unmerciful/non-sympathizing.
