I live in southern cali and when i spoke with a Prime recruiter, she was talking about me training in Springfield. I'm wondering why I wouldnt train in Utah, seems much closer. Does Prime still have a training center in Utah?

The recruiter also stated that they were hiring drivers for refridgerated truck out of cali. Does that mean i am limited to driving the refridgerated trucks only?

 

If you dont have a CDL, then you will be going to Springfield.

Experienced CDL drivers and in experienced CDL holders can attend orientation out of SLC, Pittston PA, or Springfield.

As to being limited? Thats a question for the recruiter. Prime does institute hiring freezes sometimes based on division and location. However, that stuff changes all the time.
