I know of a OTR driver that uses extacy while he drives... What can I do?

    I don't believe extacy shows up on a five panel drug screen... And this accident was before the using of drugs. I really don't know the guy... But I do know for sure that he uses (his girlfriend, mines friend have known eachother since kindergarten... And she went on the road with him for a week. I don't wee why she would make that up)

    Yes it does.... mandatory post accident drug testing .... required after any DOT reportable accident.. if the truck had to be towed.. that made it DOT reportable.

    Negative. I posted back in post #18 when a drug test is required. If it is a non-fatal wreck, the only time a drug test is required is when there is a tow away AND a citation is issued.
