happens all the time. at the northern utah scales on the 15. OPEN WHEN FLASHING. yet every truck gets off but me.
usually they're open. once in a blue moon it's closed. seems to be having a problem with the scale lately. -
most sign's that say 13'6" mean's that 13'6" will clear if the sign has 13'6" with a arrow going up and down then it IS 13'6" also in NY I have gone under with a van when the sign said 12'4"....?

i picked up at a shipper on the other side of a 13'5". It was 13"5.5 and there was no other way to shipper. I dumped my truck air and got about half way. I then pulled the trailer brakes, waited for the bags to deflate. i then hit the red button and gunned it. I only did this after 3 other trucks did the same to get in. If you get the ### through before the bags fully inflate, your good to go.
