Because these SHEEPLES and Dirty Rtas think they are going to get a pay raise or better runs..In the end they get ZIPPO..They actually get looked at and Disrespected and tossed under the bus..I have watched Do-Gooders come and go...

Do Gooders get no where fast in trucking.Hard working men and woman that mind there own business,GET FAR...

The OP is running legal, with all of the expense of being legal, How is he supposed to compete with someone that doesn't even have a cdl? I may have only been driving for 2 years, but I do know a little about business. I had my own construction business for 20 years. I know what illegal Mexicans did to that business. The OP is dealing with the same scenario. I hope he puts them out of business, and they serve some time.

People that are up in everyones business and suck off the dispatchers, never get ahead in life....No one ''respects'' this type of person..Not even the Owner of the company.

People that work very very hard and mind there own business SUCEED AT LIFE and are well respected..

The OP is minding his business. If you had some common sense, you would realize that.

As a company driver, I am succeeding very well.

If I have read your post correctly you are in New Mexico so I am sure you are well aware that in New Mexico we are a little behind everyone else but one thing I have learned since moving here two years ago, they love their tax revenue. I would skip the local law enforcement route since they hardly ever want to get involved in the motor truck side of things and go straight to the Motor Transport Division of the New Mexico State Police. Their headquarters are here in Albuquerque and their Captain is a straight shooter and should get to the bottom of this for you. I sit on the Safety Management Council of the New Mexico Trucking Association with him every month. You could also contact the trucking association for assistance, they are all for promoting safe, compliant, and professional trucking businesses here in the state.
