I bought the 510 on sale because of the 520 coming out
still can be had at TS's for $199

to me the 7 inch screen is too big and distracting
I listen to the instructions more then look at the screen
the RM warns of weigh stations, tollbooths , steep grades and curves ahead also

then a mile or 2 from receiver I let copilot and rm argue it out which way I will go

There ya go .....Pete likes his ....Husband likes his ...so either one would do the trick. I would say it's a matter of personal preference on screen size and a matter of finding the best bargain.

Anyone been to Dillons Stores Distribution on 4th in Hutchinson Ks? Hubby has 07:30 tomorrow appoint to unload Kraft load, do they admit early and is there parking? Almost there.Needs to know if he should just go to TS for the night

Plaza and go is only 5 miles away corner of route 50 and 96
and they have sofas in the tv lounge........nice

 

Plaza and Go doesn't pull up on truck masters fuel finders, closet thing that pulled up was in Newton, so I re routed him that way, instead of taking 96 off of 235, I put him onto 135 towards Newton and he decided to stop at the rest stop on 135 near mm22. I was trying to find anything close to the drop off, and was not seeing anything on map or websites... I told him if TA had a problem they could call me, and I would play a fiery red head....

 

you need to tell him buy the pocket truck stop quide
no offense but he has to learn this stuff himself
or you have to go drive the truck
no reason not to be parked in Hutchinson ks 5 miles from the receiver
that is how you manage your hours to be available for better runs everyday
I stay out weeks on end and 9-10 days always have my 11 hours available next day
you better find something better then fuel finders if it doesn't show a TS in Hutchinson
