If you were never convicted then i wouldnt worry about it.

 

If you were not convicted of it then it is not on your recipe. Check to see what the arrest says, you might want to see if you can get it expunged.

in utah. anytime you get arrested it goes on your criminal history. regardless wether the court dismisses it or not.

check your criminal history, and if it's there, get that thing expunged since you were never convicted. then you won't have to worry about it.

 

In North Carolina it shows even if you were found Not Guilty. Doesnt matter if charges were dropped, if you got arrested, it shows

 

It does not matter to expunge or not, it will still forever show up. Been there, done that, got the t-shirt. It even still shows on my DAC. Expunging is a waste of time and money for nothing. I was dealing with the exact same situation when I started out but as long as you are honest about it then you should be ok as long as it is old enough. Expect it to go to review. Mine did. I was 17 arrested but never convicted on my drug charge, started driving just before my 23rd birthday, 28 now. #### age is catching up to fast!

 

Dac has nothing to do with criminal history so no way it shows there.

 

I would be worried you will find a job but several said never you are still guilty if you were charged to them conviction or not been there done that.

I had Star/Weirner/ and a few others said nope and mine was 17yrs old its discremination no one should be able to ask if u have a misdemeanor over 10yrs old its not right its not a felony.

The ones that will take you will do a investigation on you like my 2companys I have been hired by no big deal I wss with Swift and now NFI.
