Yes they do work now. Looks great, by "red" bar I assume you are referencing the "brown" Tripoli bar? Colors vary among manufacturers slightly but its the main abrasive that generally establishes the color.

Looks good! Last time the company put drives on my truck , I hand sanded for almost a 34 hour restart. Had tool marks you could stand a quarter up in. Learned steel wool works wonders. Lowes has steel wool in different "grit" . Keep 00 (about 80 grit), 000 (about 600), and 0000 ( bout 1200). Love 3000 grit , just before polishing.

My excuse to drink beer is to polish my truck. It's a Man & Machine thing. T/A used to sell bars of Rouge and I can't find them anymore. Any Help? I'm in Houston right now, if I can order some I will grab it from the house. Truck looks nice for now
