They never said they'd be good plans.
Just think you get a voice on new truck models, and a new compensation plan.
The intentions are typically good. But the follow through...

 

I loved the part about less pay for more home time ??? Rather just get home quicker so I don't spend a week driving 1500 miles going home then when I get there I feel like I need to reset & go to make the $$$ I just lost trying to get home

 

Oh & the Pittston PA Pilot ...is the "Pitts" no parking avail @ 7pm ...

They'll never get it. It's so simple, yet they'll have meetings, hire consultant companies. Keep going in circles.
They could learn so much by listening or Read this thread.
All most any lowly driver wants is to ne treated fair. Hence office people get 2 days off a week. Drivers earn 1. Drivers vacation tops out at 4 weeks. Office folks at 5. Office folks get paid Friday after thanksgiving. Drivers don't.
Pay a fair wage with increases.
With miles to make a decent week.
Waco don't cut it.
And get the drivers home when they need home.
Don't penalized for taking time off.
If it takes a week and only 1500 miles to get a driver home. Said driver can't afford time off.
Said driver isn't rested.
Just a big circle.
Should be more pay. More home time.
Bit then. Honestly I didn't listen to the message. I kinda had a feeling.
