Drivers beware, stay clear!!!!!! They are full of S____.

 

Yep "stuff" poor training, sign on promises you never see or fight for, run extremely dangerous, poor trucks for anyone under two years, pay check shortages, run illegal most of the time and they know it, they make the routes nearly impossible to complete. Claim 3 or 4 day work weeks but work 24 hours straight for each day. For a "40 billion dollar company" they can't even get decent assigned trucks. Driver standards have been reduced to school grads averaging an accident a day or damages a day. Just one big turn over, something you don't want on your driving resume. It's no career it's a job your just filling a void until they burn you out, or get hurt. Once hurt your screwed, the management staff has no clue, no experience and they change faster then the drivers. Just bad news all around, don't get sucked in, after you work 100 plus hours a week it may average to ten bucks an hour without the time an half. Health plan is top shelf but you won't last the 90 days anyway to see it. Very poor training program, poor equipment, and poor loads, this place can't load a trailer but expect the driver to fix all the issues as they roll and could care less as long as you keep rolling. Just beware, they average 4 to 6 drivers leaving a week. Driver meetings are a joke, instead of paying sign ons they need to pay for quality drivers and assign trucks. They claim this but don't practice it...and good luck if you get hurt, find a good comp attorney don't waste your breath.
