    Does Melton hire drivers with less than 1 year experience ? Having said that do they hire if it isn't otr experience?

    They have changed their requirement so I'm not really sure but I can find out tomorrow when recruiting gets in and let you know.as far as I last knew they were hiring straight out of cdl school and only had to have 30 days solo, but like I said give me till tomorrow and I will find out

    Do a search on Decker. We saw bunches of their trucks on I-80 and I-90. We saw their yard in Missoula MT.
