Kudos to Rich Products in Murfreesboro, TN. I arrived at 7 05am for a 8am appt. Backed in dock 6, and at 7 30am completely unloaded and was met halfway between truck and receiving department with my bills and with a smile. They even swept out my trailer for me. One of the few rare places with friendly people

Today was one of my luckiest days delivering to a grocery warehouse. I arrived at 1:30am for a 10:30am apt at the Kroger off of Oakleigh Dr in East Point, GA. I checked in with the guard and went back to truck. Around 3:45am, I get a phone call from the guard to back into Door 38. I walked over to the receiving department to get a quote for the unload. The lumpers didn t arrive until 4:45am, so I went back to my truck and by the time I laid down, I felt the lumpers starting to unload. Around 5:30am they re calling me telling me that I m done and come get the paperwork. I thought it was pretty rare to get to get a dock door at a grocery warehouse 7 hrs early and 45 mins to unload. Thanks Kroger

Barber Mayfield, Birmingham/ Homewood, AL. Arrived there Saturday afternoon for a Monday AM appt. The guard let me on the property and let me leave my truck there over the weekend . I also asked the plant manager for permission as well, he said sure. So Monday I backed into the dock a 7:39 for a 8am appt. 7:51, was pulling out of the dock, closed my doors and let my reefer pre cool since my next load was on the other side of the plant. I checked in on the other side at 8:05am and told them I had just delivered on the other side of the plant with a dry load and would need to let my reefer get to temp. So around 8:30am they told me to go ahead and back into a dock anyways. At 9:12am I was loaded and had paperwork in my hand. Even the shipping manager was in a good mood for a change which is rare. I thought this was pretty good for the weekend and a Monday morning. Thanks Barber Mayfield

When I pulled van I enjoyed Costco---they were quick!!!
Now that ive been pulling platform....Ive yet to run into a shipper that has held me up more than an hour...minus a place in VA, but I never mind waiting there because they always pay $4-5 a mile!!!! -
Jennie O Turkey
Melrose and Willmar, MN
I gotta give a special salute to these two places. Not only did they not take more than an hour and little change to load, they were the friendliest
shipper I have come across in all my years traveling. Not the best smelling places due to dead turkey but I would not mind going back to this shipper.
Not overweight, bills handed immediately after the last forklift went in ( forgot to mention they had two forklifts going in at each location). If only shippers and receivers
acted like these folks, trucking would be a delight for me. After loading it was straight to Laredo, TX. -
Cold Spring Brewery in Cold Spring MN. Don't arrive more than an hour early, but friendly and quick!

Costco hands down. They know how to be efficient.
