If its not working then yes its a ticket I would love to see a copy of the inspection. You can't blame you rear ending another person on CSA those tickets are not holding him back. HE REAR ENDED another truck.
CSA made me lose my job and career.

i don't like wearing my seatbelt. but i got pulled over quite a few times in the first year.
don't do much chatting anymore since i started wearing.
the triick is to NOT give anyone a excuse to BS with you. NOT wearing your seatbelt gives them that perfect excuse to pull you over. -

I'm calling BS on the OP.
1. The only points on your CSA (actually your PSP) are the ones accumulated through roadside inspections. Your MVR & PSP are totally separate.
2. Your CSA/PSP points don't follow you to your new employer- they don't get added to your new carriers BASICS so if you have 6 years experience you should easily be able to find a new job.
3. A seat belt warning won't be on your MVR or your PSP as long as it was only a warning.
I could go on on about this here's a link to explain it better; http://www.jjkeller.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/content____csa-faq_10151_-1_10551
What you are really dealing with is a chickenexcrement little equipment write up, a warning (no effect on your PSP or MVR) and a minor preventable accident. Quit whining & go find a job. -
Your're the driver. You got the points. There are 3, 000, 000 who aren't out of a job. As a matter of fact, when guys like you start dropping off the roster, guys like us (low score expeirenced drivers will become a hot commodity. And be paid a premium. Think about that
alds, peterd and double yellow Thank this. -
On #2, the points don't get added to the score of the new carrier, but the violations will still appear on the PSP report of the driver for 3 years. Any company hiring would look at the PSP and consider if the driver would be likely to add to their CSA score based on the applicants history.
On #3, if the warning was given on a DOT inspection, it will appear on the drivers PSP report even if a citation was not given. -
