I feel sorry for you. I good luck on being stuck out on the road for 90 days during training. They told me on the phone it was 3 weeks then I would upgrade to first seat and could go home for a weekend. Got to the training and found out it was going to be 90 days on the road for training and no home time for at least 120 days. Needless to say I got out of my contract for being lied too and left. That happened 3 years ago

 

did you receive your orientation pay?if so how much was it ?

 

No orientation pay. Start out at .25 cpm if you are a new driver. Experienced drivers get more.

 

so no orientation pay.... do you go out with a trainer or no?

Decent company apu and inverter orientation last about 3 days they give 3 meals a day you will have a quick road test just to see where you are then out with a trainer for 10k miles usually about 2 to 3 weeks just keep your head straight and you will be good and please don't give the lady at the hotel any trouble you don't want your name in any of that bs. Also if you need anything before going out with trainer he can take company car take you up the road to Walmart anything else just ask.

 

Did someone post that Pam is better? Really? Seems to me that starting out is tough no matter where you go. Everyone's got to make it through that 1st year. One way or the other
