I already have my own authority and wondering what are the requirements to add an owner operator to my authority. Can I use my same liability and cargo for the additional owner operator or do I have to purchase additional insurance at 500-600 per owner operator truck.

Yes. Some underwriters require an additional flat fee per extra driver added, others base your premium on fleet miles traveled based on your quarterly IFTA reports.
