Rod Since your Wife is Lawyer why don't you ask her how much Prison time you will get for Extortion. Then trying to block Freedom of Speech. Then accessory of Id Theft as well as paying any and all Restitution to the banks people that had to get there Credit fixed from Lawyers. Your only recourse in this is filing defamation of character. But you know you don't want to go to Court because all your dirty little secrets will come out.

I just find it very humorous how many accounts the office staff at this company are making to post positive posts.
It is a joke. The best thing this guy could have done is ignore it like most other company's do and the threads eventually would fall off the radar. But they could not do that, thus it keeps coming up. Think about it North and south. You are a smaller company. How many drivers do you have at any point in time? And what percentage of that will ever come on this site, maybe 10% on the very high side?
You are better off just letting it go.
Then you make threats that nobody with half a brain would ever consider sending on paper or even in an e-mail. For one, your grammar was terrible, you were only partly coherent, thus it shows a lack of intellect. Then you make threats that even a kid in elementary school know are not legal. Think before you act.
That is the same thing I would say to your perspective drivers. Really think before you act.

makes you wonder how long their senior driver or O/O has been with the company. example: the senior man at the company I am with now has been there for 42 years. If drivers or O/O's dont stay, something is wrong.

 

Wow! Now I know it's none of my business here but, I am a trucker after all and ya'll know we can't keep our mouths shut very long. WOW! Ok so I know I won't be working for either of these two companies. Now, have the drivers that got messed over filed a complaint with the Attorney General in the state that this company is out of? Now I believe that might be your first order of business. Even if all of these negative complaints are only say 50% true, and I'm not saying they aren't 100% true, I'm just sayin...if only half of this is true then it seems that the Iowa States Attorney General may be interested in this ole boy and his company. Hell if you can't afford an attorney you may want to call Tom Millers office and see where you go from there. If that doesn't work I agree with the driver that said Class Action suit. Just one girls opinion...for what its worth. Good luck

 

This is not true. You can work with North and South for a long time and you will not make a penny. He uses his website and craigslist to lure you in and his wavy marketing skills to get you to sign lease with him. Afterwards, you are going to loose money continuously. You will never make a dime because he manipulates your money by holding your revenue back and adding your expenses upfront. So if you quit him you never get your holdback money from him. You can work for the guy for ever and end up not making a penny.
