Guess who forgot their password and was too lazy to reset it? Probably for the best my attitude has been in the crapper lately. I was really concerned when I learned that Angie had basically been forced out by vogel. Ron is a super nice guy but in over his head in my opinion. I anticipate putting my notice in after my next anniversary date but that will be a bit so I'm riding it out for now. Still think it's a decent company but as I'm getting older it's becoming more apparent that I need dental and vision insurance. My last visit to the eye doc wound up costing me almost $800 including the new glasses. Plus how we get zero paid holidays almost seems un-American...lol. Anways I knew all these things when I came to work here so it's pretty much on me. Glad to see everyone is basically doing well, truck it safe out there boys.

Ive had the same opinion of Ron, since he took over my loads headed back east have not been as good, since Angie was gone all the upstate NY loads seems to have dissapeared, and she was one of the few people from whom i could good a decent answer to any questions or issues i had. Everyone else kind of acted like I was peeing on the Virgin Mary if I asked anything, especially Denise. I have yet to put in for my vacation since I have still not gotten into a yard to do that during business hours, the last chance I had I missed that time by a hour after I had to get my paperwork done, as well as trying to get the extra pay Cory had promised for the side trip (that occurred when someone dropped a trailer at arcade with meat scraps in it from the last load, and when the dock crew went to put my Hagerstown load on it the following Monday, it stank like a dead cat.), but only josh was answering the phone, and I've been ready to choke him lately.
Now sitting at gordonsville waiting on an unload, then to drop my trailer at waynesboro since there is no where to wash it, and its still missing the license tag which I reported a month ago, and Janet sent me a temporary certificate which is almost expired, ( great job of keeping track of things, dispatch....NOT!!!),then onto edinboro for a triple drop in Michigan and Chicago. That one is not looking good, since josh called me on the phone Friday for a heads up, and told me the first drop wasn't till Monday afternoon....didn't get the info till this morning, and it shows first drop sunday, and it won't be ready till tomorrow morning?? NOT GOOD.... I went to call josh back and he fled the office already, I swear he had better consider himself lucky I won't be dropping my empty there till tonite, looks like I'm in for another fun week.CruiseDirector Thanks this. -

That's my next move...

Im studying...not napping...... somedays I really miss the road...especially with all the school stuff starting...but this venture I am undertaking is going to payoff much better than spending every minute of my life on the road for little pay (especially after child support...ugg).... but I still am doing the part time thing on my terms...

I dunno. Seems to me like the words "home time" are a foreign language they either don't know or respect. If I DO get home their calling after a short time to twist my arm to leave early and do some ###### little deal that don't pay nothing. I like running and I like money but when it's time to go home it's time to go home.
And, we got a new guy Adam that is to be Dale's replacement. He conveniently don't remember nothing or write anything important down. So we go from no communication to we might as well not communicate.
That having been said I think this is still a hell of a good outfit, there's much worse out there. -
My honest opinion would be unless you want to talk to him about his favorite customer in Dakota City my guess is you will get a brief smart ### answer that will not satisfy you. Lol

I think you could sit down and talk with Mike. He's listened to me and I'm probably the one he'd have the LEAST amount of time for. 'Course it suited his agenda at the moment.

Lol your last sentence said it all. -
Angie was the best but she was a woman (no disrespect to the female race) . Either she had REAL GOOD days or REAL BAD days, no in between. I've been hearing through a couple of people still at the company that I communicate with that the loads coming back east is a bit of a struggle which was always my Achilles Heel whenever I ran to the Midwest, now that I hear it's gotten worse kinda of puts the fear of god in me just thinking how it is now.
Angie and Mike always butted heads. Honestly speaking I think they're too much alike as Angie probably didn't back down to Mike condescending attitude compared to everybody else in the office. I like Mike, I think he's an bit of an A-hole but I liked him.
I know this is off subject and odds are we will never cross paths again, but Craig... I've heard so many times where Cory was threaten by Drivers, but how Craig never managed to come close to getting a foot up his *** is beyond me. I couldn't of been the only one who felt this way.CruiseDirector and bbechtel16 Thank this.
