So since my truck is slow I'm automatically a steering wheel holder. Guys like you make me realize how good of a life I actually have.

Just do like the Super trucker did in Georgia on I-75, just pass the other trucks in the "No Trucks in Left Lane" Lane, funny the driver is on the radio complaining about how he can't slow down, yet, I'm sitting in the right lane cruising along and after about 30 minutes of him telling everyone how busy he is, I'm still less than 1/2 mile behind him.......

4 wheelers, DEAL WITH IT, I'm tired of trying to pass a slow car, then when I'm beside them, they decide to speed up and then I have to get back over behind them and then all the other 4 wheelers look at me like I'm trying to hold them up. You'll get there 5 seconds later than you would have if the car had taken off like it should have.

To the OP, if you'd like, all of us truckers could stay at off the road for you and see how that works out for you.

For one, many of the larger companies have been governing their trucks for much longer than when the fuel prices got so high. Most of them were doing it by the late 90's, when diesel was still cheaper than the premium gasoline.

Never heard of a smaller company charging drivers for running over 70 mph either, and my hubby has been running for a smaller company since 2009, and we know quite a few people that run for other smaller companies. My dad has been driving since the 70's and he never heard of a company charging drivers for going over 70 either.
