best thing to do is call your insurance agent and ask what your rating is ? that should give you an idea if your going to sit out of trucking up to 5yrs.

 

I agree, it'll be about 2yrs for that to drop off ur Mvr. Slow down follow the speed limit and you'll be fine. I meant toast in the short term sorry if it came across as harsh, not my intention. Well put Skan.

If someone had a reckless driving on there criminal record 3 yrs ago. And there criminal report says its clean is it still on his mvr or is he good to go. And companies are accept him will he disqualify wen he goes to a company training program

Pull the Dac report, call HireRight. Don't know the number but google it and call them, they give a FREE report once a year. Just call and ask for your Dac report, they'll ask for ur drivers license and send you a Dac report. It'll arrive in the mail in about a week. Look it over and get a copy of ur 7 yr or 3 yr Mvr from the DMV of ur state and see what's on there also. If it's clean you are good to go. I hope this helps.

I kno nothin is on his dac neva drove. It maybe the mvr but the company says 5 yrs for reckless driving. But he has nothing on his record now and its only been 3yrs.
