I moved most of the way across the US last week, in an annoying Penske rental. Somewhere in Montana or Wyoming, I saw an unusual truck... perhaps someone has some insight into what it would be used for.

First, can't say brand, but it had a full condo, and on the back a door facing backwards. Yes, an entrance door on the back.

Second, it had orange rotating beacons on top.

Third, it was pulling an empty step-deck that I'd estimate to be 36 to 40 feet at most in length, and not low profile. I didn't see ANY binders, tarps, or anything else anywhere on the truck or trailer.

Is it first time you have seen door in a back of large sleeper? They all have it. Probably power only, moving a trailer. Seems more and more of those guys are getting large trucks.

Probably a big ole Southern Pride truck.
    Most have apartments for sleepers.
Not uncommon to have a back door om sleeper.
Most also are steps or drop decks as they haul aircraft engines.

NO, the back door is used so you can exit the truck without stepping in the pee puddle the driver next to you left because they're too lazy to walk inside......
