Has anyone from the state of texas used the cdl practice tests provided by this website to prepare for the permit exam?
If so, did you pass the test?
Do the CDL practice TESTS at this site work for Texas CDL Exams?

I was going to go to c1 school but got laid off and found out my bp is way too high, but ive been studding the tests from them and the ones here, and the texas dot manual, the only difference ive found is the ones here are harder ( have more info ) so i would say it cant hurt to take them anyway. im sure i could pass the written tests if i could take them now. Truck on !
Heru Thanks this. -
Most of the test questions are based upon US DOT regs and not just a states regs. I just tested in Texas and had no problem passing general knowledge, air brakes, pre-trip, combination vehicles, and the Texas specific part. The vast majority of the questions found in the practice tests are the same or just worded a little different.

Yes, theres also free Texas specific tests, just search.
Yup, passed them all, 2x's... kept flunking the parallel parking. Dont try to park perfectly if you're close, that's good enuf.
Also passed tanker, doubles/triples and Hazmat no problem. Read the Texas manual a couple of times, gets easier after the first time reading! :0)
Good luck
