Dynamic transit a good company?

I currently work for dynamic and I love my job with them. Ive been with em almost 5 months. I got a nearly new 386 peterbilt when I started. People there are great! Good people. Dispatchers and DM's are cool. They get you loaded as soon as they can. Patience is key. Treat em good and theyll take good care of you. Act like a prick and you wont last long.

Ya, shop times can get a bit lengthy, but as long as you get in early or the night before, and your not a prick, theyll get you in and out as fast as they can. 1 shop for 300 trucks, you've got to have a lil patience.

I run anywhere from 2300 miles to 4000 a week, and get home every 2-3 weeks. I do wish delivery times were a bit tighter. For example.. 1400 miles in 4 days, but some places will let you deliver early and some are drop n hooks.

Other thwn that I have zero complaints. Elogs are a bit pesky, but DO make job a lil easier. All in all Dynamics a good company. Ill be here quite a while.

 

Get your passenger side batteries put in. They last me forever. If im sittin on a restart, use your jumper off the reefer running to keep charged.

 

thanks for the inside look at dynamic. do you do a lot of early morning deliveries meaning 0100 to 0400

 

some yes, a lot of them are drop/hook but it varies on which customer you are delivering to.most of the deliveries are kinda spread out throughout the day. don't want to lie to ya. have a good one i hope it helped somewhat.

Depends on where you live in relation to the granite city yard. I think you may be talkin regional
