I just looked at the Prime website (granted their website is not the easiest to find information on, and I think they do this on purpose). I couldn't find anything on cpm, except for the 4-6 months of "TEAM with a trainer" at .12 per mile or $600 a week. So for the first 5-6 months with prime you would be making .12 a mile/$600 a week which ever is greater. So, that is 5,000 miles a week, or roughly $9600-14,400 during your 4-6 months of teaming with your instructor (this training is done in the refrigerated division). No mention of when you can switch to the tanker division and start making .40 a mile as a solo driver, so after 4-6 months you still have no tanker experience.

When you guys were talking about the "shaving" policy does that mean absolutely no facial hair at all?

At prime you traintrainer from the division you are hired for. If your hired for a tanker you will train on a tanker. Beware though, prime only runs smooth bore food grade tankers. There is allot of handling difference in the baffled tanks that SNI uses and the smooth bores that prime runs. Prime pays .39 cpm starting out with possible .05 cpm fuel bonus.
