    The company may be horrible and not pay you and such. They can not make you run illegal equipment that is your choice. It is your CDL not theirs.

    yea they are on cl all the time,, and yea I quit because of unsafe equipment , my last trip out I stayed out 7 weeks and had 14 days broke down, wasn't paid a dime for any of it,, I finally goy back and now im sueing them for my pay, actually had a phone call from the FBI on Friday they are investigating the owner EVER, hes a scum bag,,,,
