Mine is already shaved! LoL.. I'm safe. I normally don't get into that type of stuff but that idiot was asking for it. I, we as trainers have a hard enough time dispelling all the BS without people like him adding fuel to the flame. That and screwing with him was fun, something that's hard to come by in Conley.

Trucking isn't for everyone for sure, but I for one quite enjoy it. Anyone who thinks sleeping in a truck is so bad though, they may be, for lack of a better word, too prissy to understand. Oh, and I don't know any minimum wage makers that clear $1200 a week.

Jesus christ. I step away for a few hours and I miss everything, dang mods deleting all the fun. I missed it all!! lol. Whos got the copy of before deletion?!?!

And last time I checked, I wasnt payed below minimum wage. Anyone here payed below minimum wage? I have no problem posting what I make, so here it goes. Right on our settlement, it says how many hours we were on duty or driving, not sure which. But mine says 43. Now my total pay before taxes was 766. So lets not even factor in over time to make it simple. 766 divided by 43 hours. (carry the 2, no scratch that, 6 squared to the power of 4, no, thats not it. *grabs phone*) Ah ha, 17.8/hr. Sure doesnt seem like minimum wage to me.

The problem is, people think, Im away from home, I need to divide that total by 24/7 hours. Nono, thats not how it works, do you get paid at any other job to sleep and watch tv, and BS at a TS? No. So why would you expect a trucking company to pay you for sleeping in the sleeper, playing with lot lizards, and whatever else you may do. You cant do that, you have to figure out how many hours you drive, then figure it out, and it comes out to a pretty good pay. Until the tax man steps in, but thats for another time.

Well, back to bed for me. After playing around in Debuque IA, and Davenport. Back to Springfield Underground in the morning. Atleast this time I know what building it is. Also, my next load is from the thermo king in Springfield, to a live unload only kraft in springfield. est miles: 0. Anyone know the usual pay for a local move?

Hey is trainer in here. I'm get to get back started after being out with pneumonia for the last to months. I was down to only to one week left with my first trainer. I hope it's an trainer near Conley ready for a student, it will only be for two weeks.

Usually after 30 days of absence they make you start over with the training part. You need to get up with someone in training and they can tell you for sure. Stewart in Conley was trying to give me a student today but I declined. I may be ready for a student in a few weeks.

Woah, easy there cowboy! Don't get ahead of yourself. Surely there will be some super trucka in to let you know he was making that much per hour in the year nineteen-eighty-six...

    or,

if you just found TWO jobs (ideally one at mcdonalds and another as a door greeter at Walmart!) at home and worked 70 hours a week you'd make more than a trucker. haha.

Like it's almost a crime to actually ENJOY doing this and make (in my opinion) a decent wage doing so.

And you didn't miss much. The deleted posts almost didn't make much sense. I'm still curious to know if he actually worked for Central and was at the Conley terminal with Ice... lol

Edit: Also congrats on clearing the inspection!
