Yea well it's still Ohio. They may not hire out of the area but if its a boom starting up then the drivers will go there.

Well two years exp needed doesnt do me any good. I'm still trying to get my first driving job.
Steubenville is down south. Try winters in Ashtabula or Cleveland or even Youngstown.
I'll take weeks of 100F over months of 20F with the wind chill in Ohio.

I find this interesting because I just left Steubenville May 29 to get a job ASAP in Texas.
I was job hunting for a week driving to visit companies and job help centers from Carrolton to Washington and didn't find any prospects. Having said that I do believe if I had a month to wait I would have gotten a job but I did not have the time to wait.
So I came to Texas and got a job right away. As a new driver i know its better to not have to be dealing with snow and ice this coming winter.

As I drive around the Eagle Ford area I see many truck yards along my route. I actually compiled a good list with many names but I lost that phone ( and the list went with it ) in a frac tank so I was w/o a smart phone and offline for 2 weeks. Of course there are so many other companies not along the road that I cant see, but I've been wanting to gather all the names and numbers I can to post them in this forum. I just cant stop every time to write down the numbers so without waiting to make a longer list here's the names I've seen with "Hiring " banners up: Pinnergy, T & P Services, K3BMI, Paisano.

I'll keep expanding the list as I can. But know this, just about every Vac truck driver I talk to says their company is hiring.

    greywolfe Thanks this.

Hi Rodeorowdy. I talked to some of these companies you have posted here but they told me that they don't offer housing or allow sleeping in cab.

If anyone has questions I can hook u up with my boss, who honestly would be better at answering questions than a recruiter. Pm me and I will send it to you.
