They had them but they kept having way too many electrical issues. I love the Volvo personally myself great turn ratio, excellent ride quality, and more space than anything else out there but to be honest I dont care what truck I have as long as it runs. If it does everything great but is in the shop its costing me money. Plus its a company truck so its not really mine anyways :(. Volvo would but nice and for a quality truck I feel the KW's would be excellent and cost less in maintenance and repairs but I doubt that will happen either since they are more expensive upfront

There is a whole thread on here from guys who have purchased a new KW 680 and the nightmares they are having. Sometimes paying a premium does not get you a premium truck. They sure are pretty though

Don't laugh but I like the ProStars USX have.

Its the little things that make me like the truck. My wife & I love the big steps the truck has. Makes it easier to get in and out of the truck. Another thing I like about it is the big window by the lower bed & the small window on the top bunk. Plenty of sunlight coming inside the truck, doesn't feel like a cave in there. Lots of places to plug in 12Vs. I also like that the truck has a place to hold my load bars & broom on the catwalk.

That being said, those 780s are awesome !. If I had to choose between the ProStar & the 780.....780 all the way.

I saw the interior of the Kenworth the company has. Those are fine for solo drivers. Would never work for a team.

Hi Wedge, I read in another thread that after a student goes out with a trainer for about 3 weeks, that he has to team drive with another student for 8 weeks before going solo.... is that true?

The student must go out with a trainer until they drive atleast 150 hours.
Then mandatory to team with someone (doesnt have to be another trainee) for 8 weeks.
