I agree with you on the communication but you made how much last yr?????????????? 317 thousand?????????For some reason I find that a tough pill to swollow.

 

Note how both of them are guys with low post counts, second one only has this one post, they both joined February 2013, and both have very similar stories. "I've been there for a little over 3 yrs..." truckerstl even repeats a line you get from the recruiters/instructors during orientation, talking about how all the guys that leave want to come back. There was no laziness in the truck I was on, we ran hard and made all of our deliveries on time, but it doesn't matter how hard you work if the dispatcher doesn't give you any loads or miles.

 

Damage control...

I see it in so many threads on this forum. Multiple drivers will post about their bad experience with the company they work/worked for, and all of a sudden 2 or 3 one post wonders come in and paint a totally different story. Most likely, they are some office lackey that probably never even drove a truck, who are told to come on here and try to spin it all into a positive light.

If the companies would treat their drivers like human beings, and with respect and dignity, they wouldn't have to do damage control.

 

I have no complaints about Henderson. Sure get a lot of miles. I'm picking a preloaded trailer today from our Chicago yard going to Seattle. They know about the big winter storm on my route and said, shut down if it is bad. Alittle problem here and there, but every company has them.

I'm a company driver for them. The only real sitting I have done its due to needing a restart.

is there another company like Henderson? I worked for them for about 5 months went somewhere else for awhile and realized that they are a good company
tried going back but some miss communications with safety issues prevented me

 

Earl L. Henderson seems to send in a little company lackeys to post good things about them. A lot of the guys on this thread defending them just joined or have a low post count. Hmmmm.

Will the real Mr. Henderson please stand up !

 

Really, "little company lackeys"? I am a driver at Henderson, and have been for 5 years. They are not perfect, but they work for me. I get to keep my dog, make decent money and get home when I need to. I would not be here 5 years if they didn't work for me.

I am neither told, nor paid to say anything. I have posted good and bad over the years about them. Don't imply you know anything, when in all honesty you have no clue.

 

Sorry , been abit since I read this post , what ever happened about the trailer that was stolen ?? I do agree with & swear by sending ALL messages via the QUALCOMM ! This way you have a recorded message with date & time on it !!

 

HOLLY-COW - $317,000 in 1 year , after this post the line will be so LONG at thier door that it will take WEEKS to get into orientation !!!!
