During my job search I've seen a LOT or major companies (Schneider, England, JB, Werner, etc) with intermodal local and/or regional short haul positions where you basically pick up from the rail yard and & do a drop/hook at the customer. Has anyone worked for one of these companies doin this sort it work and is the pay as good as they say it is ($45-50,000 year)
