Do you have enough experience to be entrusted to stay on the road while your co-driver sleeps and your driving at 3 am. just saying, teams have to trust each other....respect their quality time in the bunk.

I have no experience other than school but I'm a hardworker and would prove myself and earn that trust

With all the Team Freight out there you should be able to find someone is willing to work with you. There are plenty of Team oriented companies looking to hire asap. A small fleet with less than 20 trucks usually wants experienced. Most O/O I know fly solo. The big fleets are driver mills, cranking out drivers by the 100's per month....But the best advise I can offer is to stay 2-3 years with one company. Do not bounce around, it will work against your resume. The good companies want drivers with 3-5 years and steady work history and no tickets or accidents. The reason, they have to keep the liabilities to a minimum. So it imperative you keep your record clean.

    Good luck

Yeah don't be a cry baby and stick it out about 3 years. Might be surprised to find it ain't so bad, if you're cut out for the job, and that really one company is about the same as any other. Most drivers never figure that out. Good companies will turn you down with one job switch in 5 years, in a down market, or any market. If you make a change it ought to be a step up, not sideways like 99.9% of changes out there. Learn the business and earn your stripes.
