I need some help ID'ing this truck make/model. It was caught on surveillance as it stopped and its driver at 0447 am on Wednesday morning stole my Stryker 497 radio and GPS out of my peterbilt on the yard. I think it's a Columbia but the surveillance camera is too grainy. Maybe someone could enhance it?
After being robbed of nearly $700 of electronics out of my log truck I need all the info I can acquire for the police.
Anyhoo, the picture

Hard to say but the "hood" looks a little long for a columbia but it looks like the overall unit could be easily identifiable at least to narrow down the carrier's fleet truck that has that same profile and trailer type that operates in your region. Regardless, if it's a fleet truck, there are probably 30 more just like it and I just don't see how even identified the tractor make will help you any as most of the sand haulers with day cabs are fleet operations.

Looks like an old daycab FLD with full fairings. If that's the case, then that truck shouldn't be too difficult to find. Someone would be getting a whole new religion.

I was thinking Columbia/century due to the angle of the door window. Looks just like that of a Columbia/century.

Hood is too long for a Columbia or Century.

What about a earlier then 2004 Volvo? Day Cab? I wish you luck, These guys should rot! He took the loot up to the pawn shop he came to and away it went. Not sure of the circumstances but what was the truck doing unlocked? Just saying.

Looks like a piece meal truck to me. The hood is long for air. Newer Dump still shines. International would be where I would look. They stole my antennas once, they didn't like it. Got everything stolen twice. I just got better stuff. I made friends with Sherriff's. Make any friend. Were The Good Guys & Gals Too. They found my frame of a motorcycle once.

Truck was locked. The thief forced the vent window open backwards rendering the lock useless
luvtotruck Thanks this. -
Yea you can do it pretty easy with a coat hanger. I did that twice when I locked my keys in the truck.

Oh Man, Sorry to hear that! I hope they find the people that are doing this. I can't believe that people steal from their peers.
