    Anyone having issues with Connection? Freezing up? Not responding? Have re-loaded this software at the shop atleast 10 times now "lost count" it will work for maybe say a week then the problems start.

    i am not great with computers,but was having same problem.my partner "de-fragmented"computer,now everything works great.on mine cat/et was having most of the problems.good luck.
