I am looking into buying a powered sub to hook up to the stereo in my company truck. It is a 2007 Freightliner Columbia with an aftermarket stereo in it. I'm just looking to make it sound better with more bass, without messing with the factory speakers. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Better find out if you're even allowed to put something like that in the truck first.

Is the radio equipped with preamp outputs? That would make life easier.
