    Just getting to the point..been here with Schneider for a few years,then 9 months ago began running teams,with gf.first month was great we where just on TRAINING board cuz she was new..we where getting 5000.after that was done the BS started.bad miles.###### dispatcher.sitting on lds.100 mile lds.now im only speeking for us.I got all paperwork to prove the mess.npw they say cuz we where late on 1 ld cjx we just got back from home .they cut our miles.what miles to cut?2 Weeks,we are out.ask me a,question ill tell ya.treat u like dirt.have punk kids in green bay running cs.have to sit days on lds wont take it off .home lol get thete 3 days later when u put in.not trying to dog company just telling my experience.stay away trust me.

    I agree....this post is difficult to get a read on. Solo to team makes zero sense unless you are teaming with your better half.

    I think someone is trying to tell you something. And while I'm not a fan of job hopping I'm a big believer in always having something lined up.

    Head over to bigrigjobs.com and use their .... supernova application process, or whatever it's called.

    Then rest up, because you're going to get a bajazillion phone calls from recruiters trying to take Schneider down one driver at a time.

    i don't know what its like on otr team but sorry to hear that I run team but dedicated for Schneider and do very well 6700 miles a week just saying
