    The driver did NOT want to report to his company to avoid any type of disciplinary action, possibly getting terminated from his job as a truck driver. The driver did NOT have the guts to owe up to his mistake, leaving the driver of the truck that got hit holding the bag.

    I would hold you responsible because had you been in your truck instead of telling tall tales with the other drivers you could have prevented the accident by getting out and yelling at him to stop.
